Successful Ponce Carnival Parade
The Mayor of Ponce, Mary "Mayita" Melendez was satisfied after the successful Grand Parade Ponce Carnival held on Sunday in its issue number 154.The march started from the Parque Julio Enrique Monagas, continuing down the street until you reach Elizabeth City Hall.
